7:00 PM The Long Beach Conservation Realty Trust, Catherine S. Muther, 421 Ryder Way, Parcel ID 037A-000-265A-000. A Notice of Intent to permit post-facto renovations to an existing cottage style dwelling. New work will include elevating the cottage onto piles. Work is within a coastal beach, coastal dune, land subject to coastal storm flowage and within a FEMA V Zone, elevation 16, on Plymouth Long Beach.
The applicant has requested a waiver under local jurisdiction for work within no-build, no-touch buffer zones.
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.
7:10 PM Town of Plymouth, David Gould, Town Wharf Harbormaster Ramp, Parcel ID 014A-000-003-000. A Notice of Intent for float replacement, dredging and gangway replacement for Harbormaster berthing, dinghy dockage and public docking, within the resource of Plymouth Harbor.
7:20 PM Norman B. Pierce Trust-2008, Norman Pierce, 166 Morgan Road, Parcel ID 069-000-077-000. A Notice of Intent to re-construct a wood deck in same location within the buffer zone of Long Pond.
The applicant also requests a waiver for reconstruction within the 35 and 50 ft. no touch/no build buffer zones.
7:30 PM White Cliffs Community Association, Inc., 1 East Cliff Drive, Parcel ID 054-009-258-000. A Notice of Intent to construct an incline rail and tram system on a coastal bank to replace an abandoned rail system including a vegetation maintenance plan within the area of the rail system.
